In the presence of Minister President Michael Kretschmer, Lord Mayor Barbara Ludwig awards honorary citizenship to Ingrid Mössinger, General Director of the Chemnitz Art Collections, at a ceremony. Former Federal Minister of the Interior Dr Thomas de Maizière will give the keynote speech.
