"Kick-off - Open Stadium Gates Day" - The new stadium on Gellertstraße is officially opened by Lord Mayor Barbara Ludwig. There will be guided tours with a view into the catacombs, interviews with CFC players and countless other activities.

The 10th 24-hour MTB race "Heavy24 - presented in the city of modernity" will take place. The 24-hour mountain bike race has now become a permanent fixture in the German racing calendar. With 1,174 starters and around 18,000 visitors in 2015, it was the largest mountain bike competition in eastern Germany.
