Top teams from East German football will meet in Chemnitz for the Braustolz Cup in indoor football. In addition to the host CFC, its favourite opponents FC Erzgebirge Aue, Hallescher FC, VFC Plauen, Kickers Offenbach and FK Baník Most have already confirmed their participation.

Company visit by Lord Mayor Barbara Ludwig to DeSonic GmbH.

Together with representatives of the Chemnitz Police Department, Mayor Barbara Ludwig honours school pupil Adrian Güttner with the Lifesaving Medal of the Free State of Saxony. The thirteen-year-old saved a six-year-old from drowning.
