Roadworks on the Altenhainer Dorfstraße
Road users please note the necessary sectional full closure
Altenhainer Dorfstraße in the Chemnitz district of Kleinolbersdorf-Altenhain will be fully closed in sections between house numbers 21 to 49 from Monday, 29 July to Monday, 19 August . The reason for this is necessary repair work on the road surface.
In the area of the road construction project, twelve centimetres of pavement will be removed in sections with load-bearing damage and twelve centimetres of base course will be laid.
The construction work is being carried out jointly by Gunter Hüttner GmbH and Faber GmbH. Following the work, the surface will be sealed by AS GmbH on 19 August. The construction costs total approximately 75,000 euros.
Information from the traffic authority: Residents are asked for their understanding for the temporary restrictions associated with the work; access to the properties will be restricted. Residents and all other road users please note that through traffic is not possible during the construction work and traffic will therefore be diverted via Zschopauer Straße, Shakespearestraße and Ferdinandstraße.
The routing of regular bus services will also be changed. The temporary bus stop in Altenhain will be put back into operation in the meantime.
