Residents' meeting on 16 April - online as livestream
Chemnitz residents can submit questions from Monday, 15 March
The City of Chemnitz will hold a residents' meeting for all citizens of the city online as a livestream on Friday, 16 April from 6 to 8 pm. Due to the contact restrictions still in place, the City of Chemnitz has once again decided to use this format. The Lord Mayor, all mayors and representatives of important city organisations will answer citizens' questions live at www.chemnitz.de.
Chemnitz residents can submit their questions from Monday 15 March until 31 March 2021 either via the City of Chemnitz's participation portal at www.chemnitz.de/mitwirken, by email to buergerbuero(at)stadt-chemnitz.de or by telephone on 0371 488 1512.
The questions should relate to a general public interest and fall within the area of responsibility of the City of Chemnitz. We ask for your understanding that very personal or individual concerns cannot be discussed during the residents' assembly. The Citizens' Service will be happy to help with such issues by dialling 115 in cooperation with the relevant specialist departments.
Back in April 2020, the residents' meetings originally planned for North-East and North were cancelled and successfully replaced by an online event for residents of all districts.
