Residents' meeting for the urban area Chemnitz South - East
Date: Friday, 12 April, 5 pm, TU Chemnitz, House METEOR (Building F), Erfenschlager Straße 73
The venue is the METEOR building (Building F) of Chemnitz University of Technology, Erfenschlager Straße 73, 09125 Chemnitz. The residents' meeting will begin as usual at 5 pm. Citizens and representatives of the media are once again invited to inform themselves about the wide range of services offered by the offices and facilities of the City of Chemnitz at information stands on site from 4.30 pm.
Part 1 of the agenda for the Chemnitz South - East residents' meeting for residents of the districts of Euba, Adelsberg, Kleinolbersdorf-Altenhain, Reichenhain, Erfenschlag, Einsiedel, Harthau and Klaffenbach will include information from the Lord Mayor, the Mayoress and the Mayors on planned plans and projects. Topics include Review and outlook in the assembly area, further construction of the Südverbund, status of the local transport plan with regard to the Chemnitz model, experiences with the primary school network and outlook as well as the new structure of the Chemnitz-Erzgebirge police department.
As usual, part 2 of the residents' meeting will be open to questions, opinions and suggestions from the public.
The auditorium of the Technical University on Erfenschlager Straße can be reached by public transport (for details, see the invitation to the residents' meeting in the appendix); there is disabled access and disabled parking spaces are available. Public parking is available on the grounds of the Technical University (access via Reichenhainer Straße).
Childcare will be provided free of charge directly at the venue.
