Residents' meeting for the north-east urban area
Mayor Barbara Ludwig and the mayors, together with city councillors, are inviting citizens to the next residents' meeting for the Chemnitz North-East urban area on Friday, 1 June. The venue is St Mark's Church, Pestalozzistraße 1, 09130 Chemnitz.
The residents' meeting will begin as usual at 5 pm. Citizens are once again invited to find out about the wide range of services offered by the City of Chemnitz's offices and facilities at information stands from 4.30 pm onwards.
Part 1 of the agenda for the Chemnitz North-East residents' meeting for residents of the Sonnenberg, Hilbersdorf and Ebersdorf districts will include information from the Lord Mayor and the Mayors about planned plans and projects in the three districts and the development of Chemnitz Central Station. As usual, Part 2 of the residents' meeting will be open to questions, opinions and suggestions from the public.
The venue can be reached by public transport from the central bus stop using bus routes 21 (Fürstenstraße stop) and 31 (Uhlandstraße stop). Public parking is available around the church grounds. There is disabled access to the venue and disabled parking spaces are also available. If required, childcare will be provided free of charge at the Martinstraße 17 kindergarten. Registration is required at the Citizens' Office by 30 May.
