Residents' meeting for the city centre-west area

On Friday, 30 October 2015, 5 p.m. in the canteen of the Chemnitz Chamber of Crafts

Mayor Barbara Ludwig and Mayor Michael Stötzer, together with the City Council, are inviting citizens to the next residents' meeting for the Chemnitz Mitte-West district on Friday, 30 October. The venue is the canteen of the Chemnitz Chamber of Crafts, Limbacher Straße 195, 09116 Chemnitz.

The residents' meeting will begin as usual at 5 pm. Citizens are once again invited to visit the information stands from 4.30 p.m. to find out about the wide range of services offered by the City of Chemnitz offices and facilities.

Part 1 of the agenda for the Chemnitz Mitte-West residents' meeting for residents of the Schloßchemnitz, Kaßberg and Altendorf districts will include information from the Lord Mayor and the Mayors on planned plans and projects.

Topics include the status of the implementation of the urban development concept and the accommodation of asylum seekers in the three districts. The Mitte-West citizens' platform will also report.

As usual, part 2 of the residents' meeting will be open to questions, opinions and suggestions from the public.

The canteen of the Chemnitz Chamber of Crafts, Limbacher Straße 195, can be reached by public transport from the central bus stop with bus number 32 (Kalkstraße stop) or 72 (Waldenburger Straße stop). There is disabled access to the venue and disabled parking spaces are also available. If required, childcare will be provided free of charge in a room at the Chamber of Crafts. Registration with the Citizens' Office is required for this.
