Residents' meeting for the Chemnitz South urban area

Mayor Barbara Ludwig and the mayors, together with the City Council, are inviting citizens to the next residents' meeting for the Chemnitz South urban area on Friday, 28 October at 5 pm. The venue is Sachsenhalle, Usti nad Labem 275, 09119 Chemnitz.
Citizens are once again invited to visit the information stands from 4.30 p.m. to find out about the wide range of services offered by the City of Chemnitz offices and facilities.
The agenda for the Chemnitz South residents' meeting for residents of the Kappel, Helbersdorf, Morgenleite, Markersdorf and Hutholz neighbourhoods includes the following
Part 1 will include information from the Lord Mayor and the Mayor about planned projects, such as the development of playgrounds in the assembly area, investments in daycare centres and schools and the accommodation of asylum seekers in the districts.
As usual, part 2 of the residents' meeting will be open to questions, opinions and suggestions from the public.
Sachsenhalle, Usti nad Labem street, can be reached by public transport. (CVAG tram line 4, stop Dr.-Salvador-Allende-Straße). Public parking is available in the Sachsenhalle car park and the surrounding area.
Childcare will be provided free of charge in the Sachsenhalle car park if required. Registration is required by 26 October 2016 at the Bürgerbüro.
