Renovation of the sports area in the Richard Hartmann Hall - delay in the end of construction
The Richard Hartmann Hall has been closed since 23 May 2019 due to the renovation of the hall floor. Construction was originally scheduled to end on 12 August 2019. This would have made it possible to use the hall again at the start of the 2019/2020 school year.
Unfortunately, due to fire safety requirements (when laying electrical and network cables), more complicated construction steps are necessary than initially assumed.
The specialist planners and construction companies involved have therefore redesigned the construction process. Construction is now scheduled to end on 30 August 2019, after which the entire hall will need to be thoroughly cleaned.
As things stand at present, it is assumed that the Richard Hartmann Hall can be reopened for training, competitions and lessons from 9 September 2019.
