Renewal of pavement on Dresdner Straße between Steinweg and Hohlweg
Construction work by the civil engineering department begins on Monday - traffic authority asks for attention to the necessary restrictions
The pavement on Dresdner Straße is being renewed in the area between Steinweg and the access road after the Hohlweg. The construction work by the civil engineering department will begin on Monday, 9 September and should be completed by 4 October 2013.
Around 20,000 euros will be invested in the overall project. BS-UNI-BAU GmbH has been commissioned to carry out the construction work.
Notes from the traffic authority: Due to the cramped conditions in the bend area between Steinweg and Hohlweg, from Monday 9 September until completion of the construction work (4 October), traffic will be guided past the construction site area on one lane with traffic-dependent traffic light control on both sides. Road users should bear in mind that traffic jams are to be expected during the necessary restrictions associated with the construction work. It will also be necessary to restrict the Steinweg at the junction with Dresdner Straße. Pedestrians can use the existing footpath with restrictions or will be guided along an emergency route at the construction site.
