Remediation of the bacilli tube
From Tuesday, 6 April, the renovation of the tunnel at the main station, the so-called Bazillenröhre, will begin. The old paint and graffiti will be removed by sandblasting. Minor repairs will then be carried out on the walls and floor. The ceiling will also be painted.
The renovation should be completed by 4 June. The costs amount to around 252,000 euros. The work is being carried out by the company Grötz Bauunternehmung GmbH from Niederdorf.
