Reichenhainer Straße between Gustav-Freytag-Straße and Altchemnitzer Straße temporarily closed on 28 October
For safety reasons, Reichenhainer Straße will be fully closed to road traffic at the railway bridge at Südbahnstraße on 28 October 2021 from 8 am to 2 pm. This is due to concreting work on the recently lifted rolled girders. The work is being carried out as part of the major DB Chemnitz railway arch project. The signposted diversion runs in both directions via Gustav-Freytag-Straße, Ritterstraße, Zschopauer Straße and Lutherstraße. For organisational reasons, it is not possible to open Bernsdorfer Straße in the landward direction or Annaberger Straße during this period.
The city-bound carriageway in the direction of Bernsdorfer Straße is available.
The diversion for Annaberger Straße will be adapted accordingly. Access for CVAG buses will be guaranteed via a control post through the construction site.
