Regular reporting on the accommodation and care concept for asylum seekers
The City of Chemnitz continues to report regularly on the accommodation and care of asylum seekers in the City of Chemnitz. Figures, data and facts on this topic will continue to be made available at www.chemnitz.de. The information on the number of people living in Chemnitz with an asylum-related background, including those accommodated in initial reception centres of the Free State, will be updated monthly in future.
The reporting also includes statistics on accommodation within the Free State's initial reception centres in the city.
In addition, the mayor and employees of the city administration will provide information on important developments relating to asylum and integration at the public meetings of the specialised committees, in particular the youth welfare committee, the social committee and the school and sports committee, as well as the migration advisory board on a regular basis, at least every six months.
