On Friday, 6 February, fourth-grade pupils will receive their educational recommendation, which parents can use as the basis for deciding which secondary school their child should attend after primary school from the 2026/2027 school year.
By 27 February 2026, parents should register their child at a secondary school or grammar school - preferably by post at the school of first choice.
The following documents are required for registration
- Registration form (handed out by the primary school)
- Original of the educational recommendation
- Copy of the half-year information grade 4
- Copy of the grade 3 report card (for enrolment at the grammar school)
- Copy of the birth certificate
- Copy of documents on special educational needs, if applicable
- Copy of proof of sole parental authority, if applicable
As proof of enrolment, the school will send a confirmation of receipt by e-mail, therefore an e-mail address is required.
The admission letter will be issued by the respective school on 22 May 2026.
