Regional showcase
Erik Seidel, Mayor of Gersdorf, and Matthias Groschwitz, spokesman for the mayors' task force of the Capital of Culture Region, will open and present the new regional showcase in the inner courtyard of the TIETZ. The 38 municipalities of the Capital of Culture Region present themselves on ten pillars and a monitor - supplemented by information material and event tips.
Redesign of the TIETZ forecourt
Afterwards, Mayor of Culture Dagmar Ruscheinsky and Simone Kalew, Managing Director of Grundstücks- und Gebäudewirtschafts-Gesellschaft mbH (GGG), will present the redesign and greening of the TIETZ forecourt. Unsealing, climate-resilient planting and new seating will create a green space with added value.
