Reading on the subject of anti-Semitism

On Monday, 23 May, from 7.30 pm, interested parties are invited to a reading in the community centre at the Kreuzkirche Chemnitz, Henriettenstraße 36. Eva Gruberová and Helmut Zeller will read from their book "Diagnose Judenhass".
Admission is free. The event organised by the Evangelical Forum is sponsored by the Local Action Plan of the City of Chemnitz (LAP).
Until a few years ago, it was always said in Germany that Jewish life was a natural part of normality. But at the latest after the attack on the synagogue in Halle in 2019 and the massive spread of anti-Semitic conspiracy myths during the coronavirus crisis, this image began to show deep cracks.
Eva Gruberová and Helmut Zeller travelled through Germany and listened - from Rostock to Berlin to Dortmund to Munich, with a detour to Vienna. It becomes clear that Jews cannot lead a normal life in this country, unless you consider police and security fences in front of Jewish kindergartens, arson attacks on synagogues or perfidious jokes to be part of German normality.
What many do not realise: Anti-Semitism came and still comes from the "bourgeois centre". The reports, interviews and analyses make it clear that hatred of Jews is deeply rooted in society.
