Public presentation on Chemnitz's application to become European Capital of Culture 2025
On Sunday 29 September at 2 p.m., the City of Chemnitz and those involved in the European Capital of Culture bid invite you to a public presentation of Chemnitz's bid to become European Capital of Culture 2025 - with excerpts from the bid book - as part of the Days of Industrial Culture in the Wirkbau (Hall D), Annaberger Straße 73 (entrance via Lothringer Straße).
Representatives of the media are cordially invited.
Mayor Barbara Ludwig and the project manager of the application, Ferenc Csák, will present the application. Both will be available to answer questions afterwards.
The submission deadline for the application ends on Monday, 30 September - on the following day, 1 October 2019, Chemnitz will present its application to become European Capital of Culture 2025 to the press in Berlin alongside the other applicants.
