Public auction of found bicycles
Date: Friday, 8 May, 3 p.m., Bürgerhaus am Wall/Düsseldorfer Platz 1
In May, the weather is nice and warm - the best time to get on your bike and get cycling. If you don't have a bike yet, you can bid for a nice bike at the auction of found bikes.
The auction starts at 3 pm on Düsseldorfer Platz in front of the Bürgerhaus Am Wall. The 42 items up for auction include ladies', men's and children's bicycles, mountain bikes and city bikes. Viewing of the bikes is possible from 2.30 pm. Note: If the weather is unfavourable for the outdoor auction, the auction will take place on 8 May in the foyer of the Bürgerhaus am Wall (2nd floor).
The starting bids are between 5 and 20 euros. The bicycles can only be purchased during the auction against immediate cash payment. Buyers please note that for security reasons, 200 euro and 500 euro notes cannot be accepted.
The bicycles must be taken by the new owner immediately after the end of the auction, i.e. it is not possible to store the bicycles and collect them at a later date.
