Proposals wanted for environmental prize
Creative ideas can still be submitted until 15 April 2022
The application phase for this year's Chemnitz Environmental Award for Children and Young People is now open. Creative and interesting ideas for protecting the environment can still be submitted until 15 April 2022. This is also possible online.
The Chemnitz Environmental Prize has been awarded to children and young people with attractive prizes for more than 30 years. During this time, more than 750 projects have been submitted by individual participants, school classes, working groups or sports clubs. The aim is for young people to discover the importance of and opportunities for active action to preserve and shape the environment. Children and young people up to the age of 20 can take part with individual or group projects.
Projects can also be submitted online by e-mail to umweltamt@stadt-chemnitz.de. Components such as models, handicrafts, posters, etc. can be submitted as expressive photos.
