Mayor Barbara Ludwig is patron of the Historic Rallye Erzgebirge, which starts today and ends on Sunday.
Time and place: 9.30 a.m. start of the 1st stage, Rathauspassagen Chemnitz

Today is the start of the Chemnitz Cycling Days, which run until Sunday. The programme includes the Chemnitz City Night, the race around the market hall and the DeMarchi Classic Ride.

The Historic Rallye Erzgebirge arrives at the finish line.

Mayor Sven Schulze takes part in the event for the official inauguration of Rabbi Jakov Pertsovsky. After 77 years, Rabbi Jakov Pertsovsky (28) is the first rabbi of the Jewish community of Chemnitz, taking over from Hugo Fuchs (1878-1949), who was arrested in the pogrom night of 1938.
