Mayor Barbara Ludwig will give a welcome address at the opening of the first German-Arab Network Meeting at Chemnitz University of Technology.

"Flying Dogs", an object and puppet theatre based on the novel "Birds" by Jung-Hee Oh for young people aged 15 and over, premieres. Directed by Nis Soegaard.
