The 2nd Chemnitz Hat Festival will be opened by Lord Mayor Barbara Ludwig. The city centre will be transformed into a huge open-air stage until 26 May. Around the market square, musicians, singers, artists, jugglers, storytellers, clowns, magicians, dancers and stilt walkers will present street art in its most beautiful form almost around the clock.
