The Maker Faire Saxony 2017 trade fair will be officially opened.

The Maker Faire Sachsen trade fair is taking place in Chemnitz for the first time. Over 50 exhibitors invite you to "touch and try". The organisers are the Kreatives Chemnitz e.V. association, the Industrieverein Sachsen 1828 e.V., the Chemnitzer Wirtschaftsförderungs- und Entwicklungsgesellschaft mbH and the C³ Chemnitzer Veranstaltungszentren GmbH.

The Chemnitz Reading Night at the TIETZ is taking place. On the eve of World Book Day, a large book market centred around the petrified forest awaits you. Chemnitz authors, literary associations, writing workshops, publishers, bookshops and second-hand bookshops will be presenting themselves.
