Press conference with the winner of the International Stefan Heym Prize of the City of Chemnitz
Invitation for journalists: 31 March, 2.30 pm, Chemnitzer Hof
On Friday, 31 March at 2.30 pm, representatives of the media are invited to a press conference with the winner of the International Stefan Heym Prize of the City of Chemnitz 2023, Jenny Erpenbeck. Together with the Chairwoman of the International Stefan Heym Society, Dr Ulrike Uhlig, she will be answering questions from journalists in the Chemnitzer Hof, Salon Düsseldorf.
The International Stefan Heym Prize of the City of Chemnitz 2023 will be awarded at a ceremony in the Opera House on Saturday, 1 April at 6 pm.
The International Stefan Heym Prize of the City of Chemnitz is a literary prize endowed with 20,000 euros. Winners are outstanding authors and publicists who, like Stefan Heym, engage in social and political debates and stand up for moral values.
