Preparations for road renewal between Mittelbach and Neefestraße
Tree felling on the B173 OT Mittelbach from Monday
In preparation for the planned road renewal of the B173 between the Mittelbach district and Neefestraße, trees will be felled from next Monday. The tree felling is necessary for the construction of a cycle/walkway connection from the Neefestraße roundabout to the junction in the local area, in conjunction with the road renewal of the B173. The City of Chemnitz and the State Office for Road Construction and Transport are planning to jointly implement the construction work from July 2017.
The trees involved are four spruces, two birches and nine ash trees.
