Preparation for renovation of Wasserschlossweg bridge
Information on tree felling
The Wasserschlossweg bridge over the Würschnitz will be renovated from the end of April to the end of August 2017. The construction work on the listed bridge will cost around 300,000 euros.
Tree felling is required in preparation for the renovation. This serves to create space for a temporary bridge to be erected during the construction period.
As part of the flood protection measures of the Landestalsperrenverwaltung (LTV), this felling, including compensation payments, is already part of the planning approval decision, so the trees will be felled ahead of schedule for the "Wasserschlossweg bridge" measure. The felling will be completed by 28 February.
