Polish delegation signs the Golden Book
Invitation to the photo session: 5 March, 5.30 p.m., Town Hall, Grüner Salon
On Sunday, 5 March at 5.30 pm, a delegation from the Polish twin city of Łódź will sign the Golden Book of the City of Chemnitz. Deputy Mayor Adam Wieczorek will make the entry in the presence of Mayor Ralph Burghart.
Representatives of the media are invited to the photo session in the town hall, Grüner Salon.
This is the first time that an official delegation from the Polish twin city will be visiting Chemnitz on the occasion of the Peace Day on 5 March. Adam Wieczorek will be accompanied by Mariusz Goss, the head of the Łódź Monument Protection Office.
Afterwards, from 6 pm, the delegation will take part in the main Chemnitz Peace Day rally on Neumarkt, where Ralph Burghart and Adam Wieczorek will speak alongside many other participants.
