Play and exercise box from the public health department

On Friday, 18 January, from 5 to 6 p.m., representatives of the media are cordially invited to a demonstration of the games and exercise box. The U13 team of the Floor Fighters Chemnitz e.V. will be presenting the new programme of the Chemnitz Health Department in the Jahnbaude sports hall, Fürstenstraße 87.
Exercise is a necessary part of children's lives. Children enjoy movement. They run, balance, climb, jump and romp around to discover their environment. Movement can therefore be seen as an indispensable part of holistic child development. In order to promote this more strongly, a play and exercise box can now be borrowed free of charge from the health department. This is intended to bring even more fun and movement into children's everyday lives. The main target groups for the offer are daycare centres, after-school care centres, schools, (sports) clubs and organisers of district festivals.
