In October, the city of Chemnitz was honoured with the "Prize for Exchange and Cooperation with China". Frank Hermann, Managing Director of the Chemnitz-based company IMK engineering GmbH, who was travelling to the Chinese twin city of Taiyuan on business, will present the award to Lord Mayor Barbara Ludwig.
