Photo exhibition "KUBA - Impressions from 2013"
Exhibition opening on Tuesday, 24 May 2016
On 24 May, a new exhibition will open at the City of Chemnitz Health Department, Am Rathaus 8. Photographs by Dr Gunar Kaune will be shown under the title "KUBA - Impressions from 2013".
The exhibition will open on Tuesday, 24 May 2016 at 2 pm on the 1st floor of the health department.
Dr Gunar Kaune from Chemnitz attempts to document the incipient change - from a Cuban socialist economy characterised by scarcity to a certain Cuban prosperity - in colourful images. A diverse island with varied landscapes, ranging from extensive farmland to lonely mountain regions.
Cuba, an exciting time for the Caribbean state, on its way to the future.
The exhibition of photos taken on a three-week trip through Cuba in 2013 runs until 18 November 2016.
