Road renewal on Heinersdorfer Straße between house number 37 and the A4 motorway bridge
Road closure required from 2 to 15 July
From 2 to 15 July, the carriageway of Heinersdorfer Straße between house number 37 and the motorway bridge over the A4 will be renewed. For this reason, the area between Auerswalder Straße and Am Bahrebach must be fully closed during this period.
During the full closure, the "Damaschkestraße" and "Heinersdorf" stops on CVAG line 23 will not be served.
Through traffic will be diverted via Chemnitztalstraße and Heinersdorfer Straße. The one-way traffic regulation along Heinersdorfer Straße between the access road to the sewage treatment plant and Heusteig will be cancelled. Traffic will then be guided alternately through this bottleneck by traffic lights.
Subsequently, from 16 to 20 July, the work in the peripheral areas and remaining work will be carried out with traffic lights on one side of the road.
The construction work will cost around 135,000 euros. The company Faber Infra-Bau GmbH Drebach has been commissioned to carry out the work.
