Path between Wolgograder Allee and Markersdorfer Straße to be repaired
The unpaved path in the green link between Wolgograder Allee and Markersdorfer Straße is currently being renewed. The approximately 135 metre long section along the old trees of the Max-Müller-Straße housing estate is being widened and paved. In places, the gravel surface of the connecting path to Markersdorfer Straße will be repaired.
Depending on the weather, the construction work should be completed by the end of the year. Trees were already planted in the public green space in spring 2023.
The landscaping work comprises a total of around 200 square metres of path construction, including earthworks and grass seeding. The work is being carried out by Grünbau Bad Schlema GmbH from Aue-Bad Schlema. The construction costs are around 38,000 euros.
