Outdoor pools open from Saturday

Notes on the corona test and contact tracing

Admission to the Chemnitz outdoor pools is granted to fully vaccinated persons with proof (at least 14 days after the last vaccination), recovered persons with proof and persons with proof of a daily negative rapid test (not older than 24 hours). Children under six do not need a test.

Please note that a photo ID must also be presented with the proof.

Mobile testing facilities are available in front of the outdoor pools - also on Saturdays and Sundays.

For minors who wish to visit the outdoor pools without their parents, parental authorisation is required for testing. (According to the pool regulations, children under the age of nine must be accompanied by an adult or a person at least 16 years old).

The relevant forms - both for contact registration and for authorisation (for testing children) - are available for download at www.chemnitz.de/freibaeder.

In addition to the written form (to be completed on site), contact tracing can also be done via smartphone using a contact tracing app, e.g. the Corona-Warn-App.

For this purpose, QR codes for registration via the Corona-Warn-App are available at all properties.
