Opening of facilities - planned steps from next week
Various facilities in the city of Chemnitz will reopen from next week - in accordance with the current Corona Protection Ordinance - if the incidence value allows it.
For example, the Neue Sächsische Galerie, the zoo and the wildlife park will open next week, with other facilities following in the days after.
In accordance with the Free State's ordinance, all facilities work with an appointment booking in advance and collect visitor data for contact tracing. Bookings can be made by phone, email and often online. Due to their approved hygiene concepts, all facilities can only admit a certain number of visitors at any one time.
It should be noted that, in accordance with the ordinance, these facilities must be closed again if the 7-day incidence in Chemnitz exceeds 100 for three days in a row.
