Online to the office - Further services available online
From now on, Chemnitz residents can apply for additional benefits easily, conveniently and digitally from the City of Chemnitz.
The following new service categories are available as online application assistants (OAA):
- Driving ban on Sundays and public holidays: Apply for a special permit

Please note that there is no separate page in the service portal for the yellow parking permit. If you are entitled to the yellow parking permit, you can do so by going through the application process for the orange-coloured parking permit. - Applying for residence permits, residence cards and residence-related certificates

All administrative services of the City of Chemnitz can be accessed via the service portal. For a quick start, the new digital administrative services can be accessed via the short links provided.
The new online services are further building blocks in the implementation of the City of Chemnitz's "Digital Agenda". The transformation processes towards a digital administration are being shaped in six programme areas (implementation of the OZG Amendment Act, digital administrative work e-file, digital mailroom, electronic municipal archive, IT service management, new working environments and communication) and four cross-sectional areas (administrative access, open data, organisation/processes and IT infrastructure/digital services).
