On Friday 30 January at 2.30 pm, Mayor Sven Schulze will bid farewell to the Chemnitz athlete Timon Grancagnolo for the Winter Olympics in Milan and Cortina d'Ampezzo.
Representatives of the media are invited to a photo opportunity in the consultation room of the Marathon Tower in the Sportforum, Reichenhainer Straße 154.
Together with representatives of the Saxony Olympic Training Centre, the Chemnitz City Sports Association and in the presence of representatives of his club, ESV Lok Chemnitz, Lord Mayor Sven Schulze will give the luger personal words and good wishes and present him with a small gift as a good luck charm.
