Office hours of the citizen service centres in the localities
At the citizen service centres in the localities of the City of Chemnitz, citizens can obtain information on the responsibilities and office hours of the city's offices and facilities as well as official certification of documents and can submit various application forms.
In 2023, the citizen service centres are open as follows
Einsiedel:
2 January, 6 February, 6 March, 3 April, 24 April (as an alternative date for 1 May), 5 June, 3 July, 7 August, 4 September, 2 October, 6 November and 4 December
Open from 8.30 am to 12 noon and 1.30 pm to 5.30 pm.
Euba:
16 January, 20 February, 20 March, 17 April, 15 May, 19 June, 17 July, 21 August, 18 September, 16 October, 20 November and 18 December.
Open from 8.30 am to 12 noon.
Grüna:
Open every Thursday: on the first, third and, if applicable, fifth Thursday of the month from 8.30 am to 12 noon and 1.30 pm to 6 pm and on the second and fourth Thursday of the month from 8.30 am to 12 noon.
Klaffenbach:
12 January, 9 February, 9 March, 13 April, 11 May, 8 June, 13 July, 10 August, 14 September, 12 October, 9 November and 14 December.
Open in each case from 2 to 5.30 pm.
Kleinolbersdorf-Altenhain:
