No Sunday shopping in December
The Sunday open for business planned for Sunday, 13 December 2020, will not take place. This affects the city centre, Röhrsdorf, Hilbersdorf, Morgenleite and Stelzendorf districts.
The shops and businesses in the city centre, Chemnitz Center, Sachsen-Allee, Vita-Center and Neefepark are not permitted to open on this Sunday as the event is not taking place. In accordance with the applicable Saxon Corona Protection Ordinance, Christmas markets are prohibited.
