Next Jour Fixe Cultural Education on 22 May
Networking meeting for cultural players - registration possible until 15 May
On Wednesday 22 May at 5 pm, the Contact Point for Cultural Education invites representatives of educational institutions and cultural actors from all sectors in the urban cultural area of Chemnitz to the Cultural Education Jour Fixe at the Neue Sächsische Galerie in the TIETZ, Moritzstraße 20.

Award-winning projects from this year's "Kita & Künstler" competition will be presented at the meeting. Projects in the field of cultural education for children and young people will also be presented. Birgit Henck, consultant for all-day programmes at the State Office for Schools and Education, will provide information on the framework conditions for all-day programmes at general education schools in Saxony. Katja Kluge, an employee of the EU Office of the City of Chemnitz, will provide insights into the opportunities for schools to participate in the Europe Weeks. From the field of media art, Alice Leblanc from the Biennale Pochen team will present the participatory youth exhibition and a mediation box for schools.
Afterwards, the Contact Centre for Cultural Education invites you to join them for an exchange of ideas and to round off the event.
The Jour Fixe is organised by the Contact Point for Cultural Education for the urban cultural area of Chemnitz in cooperation with the Cultural Management Department of the City of Chemnitz.
