Next Jour Fixe Cultural Education on 18 September

Networking meeting for cultural players - registration possible until 16 September

On Wednesday, 18 September, from 4.30 to 6 p.m., the Contact Point for Cultural Education invites representatives of educational institutions and cultural actors from all sectors in the urban cultural area of Chemnitz to the Cultural Education Jour Fixe in the gaming arena of the city library in Tietz, 3rd floor, Moritzstraße 20.
You have until 16 September to register by email at: kulturelle.bildung(at)stadt-chemnitz.de.

The "Jour Fixe" meeting and presentation forum provides participants with a space for mutual exchange and familiarisation, information about projects and networking between those involved in cultural education. In addition, cultural education in Chemnitz is to be represented in its breadth and diversity and the focus is to be placed on different areas with each event.
The following contributions are on the agenda of the event:

  • Cultural Education Contact Centre: Welcome and introduction (Ophelia Euler)
  • Chemnitz City Library: Presentation of the library laboratory and guided tour of individual stations (Dirk Janus)
  • Chemnitz Youth Art School: Presentation of the youth art school and its projects (Michael-Paul Milow)

Afterwards, the Contact Centre for Cultural Education invites you to a joint exchange of ideas and a final discussion.

The Jour Fixe is organised by the Contact Point for Cultural Education for the urban cultural area of Chemnitz in cooperation with the Cultural Management Department of the City of Chemnitz.
