New sports floor for the games hall in the sports forum
During the recent summer holidays, the sports hall in the Sportforum was fitted with a new sports floor. In the past, repair work had to be carried out on the sports floor due to concerns about slip resistance. This was due to heavy wear as a result of high utilisation. A complete renewal was therefore unavoidable.
After demolition of the old parquet, the new sports parquet was laid in the sports hall.
The Sächsische Aufbaubank subsidised the measure with approx. 82,000 euros from the area of investment sports funding. The total costs amount to approx. 190,000 euros.
