New Rembrandtstrasse and Glösa day-care centre buildings - start of preparatory work
At the end of October, the general contractor was awarded the contract for the construction and planning services for the Rembrandtstrasse and Glösa daycare centres, which was approved by the city council in summer 2017. Construction is scheduled to begin in February 2018.
Next Monday, 20 November, the preparatory construction work will begin with the necessary tree felling work at the Glösa daycare centre site. This will be followed by development work in December and the demolition of the former youth centre in January.
For the Rembrandtstraße daycare centre, tree felling work as well as development and ground preparation are planned from December 2017.
Both facilities are scheduled to open in September 2018.
