New Head of Facility Management and Building Construction
City Council elects Thomas Kütter as successor to Falk Reinhardt
At its meeting yesterday, the city council elected Thomas Kütter as the new head of the Office for Facility Management and Building Construction. The 46-year-old succeeds Falk Reinhardt, who is moving to the state service.
Thomas Kütter lives in Chemnitz and has worked as a construction and project manager throughout Germany in recent years. The trained carpenter and graduate engineer will take up his new position as soon as possible.
In addition to the construction of schools, daycare centres and other municipal buildings, the Office for Facility Management and Building Construction is also responsible for the technical maintenance and administration of the city of Chemnitz's buildings.
