The Free Now mobility app is now available in Chemnitz. The app with a clear taxi focus offers flexible mobility solutions and enables users to book taxis or micromobility options such as e-scooters or e-bikes quickly and easily. A new mobility solution for Chemnitz has been developed in close cooperation with the City of Chemnitz's business division and the City of Chemnitz's transport and civil engineering department to meet the increased requirements of restaurateurs, businesses and citizens.
The new initiative aims to improve accessibility and mobility in the city while meeting the needs of industry and the growing technology sector. In addition, the new mobility solution will optimally accompany the Capital of Culture year.
The aim is to offer all Chemnitz residents and visitors to the city a digital and reliable mobility solution and to make the taxi industry fit for the future and competitive. Integration into Google Maps makes navigation solutions simpler and more efficient. Restaurateurs and businesses benefit from improved connections between their locations and the individual mobility needs of their guests.
