Mayor Schulze assures Chemnitz Hospital of support
Deeply saddened by the sudden death of the Managing Director of Chemnitz Hospital, Dr Thomas Jendges, Lord Mayor Sven Schulze spoke with many representatives of the hospital throughout the day today.
He expressed his sympathy and condolences to the employees of the hospital and at the same time, as Chairman of the Supervisory Board, assured them of the city's full support in this critical situation.
Despite the tragic death of Dr Thomas Jendges, Chemnitz Hospital is still able to act. The extended management team will manage the business in the coming days.
The next steps will be discussed tomorrow at a special meeting of the Supervisory Board.
