Mayor Barbara Ludwig receives the mayor of the twin city of Mulhouse

Late this afternoon, Mayor Barbara Ludwig will receive the Mayor of the French twin city of Mulhouse, Mr Jean Rottner.
This is the 48-year-old's first visit to Chemnitz during his term of office as head of the city. The friendly relationship between Chemnitz and Mulhouse has existed since 1981.
This was formalised in a contract 19 years later.
