Fair around the town hall
The City of Chemnitz will be holding its funfair around Chemnitz Town Hall on Monday, 5 September from 9 am to 5 pm. As usual, the traders will be offering a wide range of goods. A wide range of food and drink will be on offer to cater for your physical well-being.
Tuesday to Thursday, 6 September to 8 September
Chemnitz weekly market
The Chemnitz weekly market will take place from 6 to 8 September in the area at the Rosenhof. This is necessary due to the set-up and dismantling and the organisation of the company run.
From Friday, 9 September, the weekly market traders will be able to move back to the area at the market.
Tuesday to Saturday, 20 September to 24 September,
Tuesday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Saturday 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Chemnitz Autumn and Harvest Week
The City of Chemnitz is organising an Autumn and Harvest Week on the Neumarkt at the town hall. This year it will be postponed by two weeks and will take place from 20 to 24 September. Opening hours are Tuesday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm and Saturday from 9 am to 3 pm.
A lovingly designed decoration in rich, bright colours and the large harvest crown
transform the market area into a splash of colour in the city centre.
Stalls offer all kinds of autumnal products and a wide range of food and drink invites you to linger. On Saturday, 24 September, children can put their skills to the test on a craft street.
Sunday, 25 September, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Flea market
The flea market on 25 September, 9 am to 4 pm, will take place at the Chemnitz market. Second-hand goods will be on sale. Food and drink will be provided. Pre-registration is not mandatory.
