Funfair around the town hall
On Monday, 1 April 2019, from 9 am to 5 pm, the City of Chemnitz will be holding the funfair around Chemnitz Town Hall. As usual, the traders will have an extensive range of goods on offer. A wide range of food and drink will be on offer to cater for your physical well-being.
11 April to 20 April
Spring market 2019
From 11 to 20 April 2019 (except 14 and 19 April 2019), the City of Chemnitz will be holding a spring market on the Neumarkt by the town hall. The opening hours are Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm, Saturday, 13 April 2019, 9 am to 3 pm.
Colourful market decorations with Easter crowns and flower arrangements will get the people of Chemnitz and their guests in the mood for spring and Easter. There will be around 18 stalls selling Easter products such as flowers and Easter decorations as well as plants and gifts. The youngest market visitors can take a spin on the children's carousel. Street musicians will provide all kinds of entertainment on 20 April 2019. Snacks and drinks round off the market visit.
