Lord Mayor enters into dialogue with clubs
Invitation to an exchange: on 14, 22 and 27 August and 3 September, from 5 to 7 pm, at Luxor Chemnitz, Hartmannstraße 11
In August and September, Lord Mayor Sven Schulze once again invites representatives of all Chemnitz associations to an open exchange about their work and activities at the Luxor Congress and Event Centre, Hartmannstraße 11.
In an open dialogue format, associations will have the opportunity to address their concerns directly with representatives of the City of Chemnitz and seek support.
Registration is possible via the participation portal of the City of Chemnitz (see respective links) and by telephone on 0371 488 1521.
The talks will take place from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. (admission at 4 p.m.) on the following days:
- Wednesday, 14 August, Cultural, musical and artistic associations - registration
(registration possible until 7 August)
- Thursday, 22 August, Sports clubs - registration
(registration possible until 15 August)
- Tuesday, 27 August, allotment garden associations - registration
(registration possible until 20 August)
- Tuesday, 3 September, Community and social associations - registration
(registration possible until 27 August)
The representatives of the associations can name topics they would like to talk about in advance by e-mail to protokoll(at)stadt-chemnitz.de or when registering (in the participation portal).
